Lambertville police and the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Narcotics Task Force began investigating earlier this month after receiving reports of suspicious narcotics transactions on George Street, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée Robeson and Lambertville Police Department Lt. Robert Brown said.
The investigation resulted in the arrests of Carl Decicco, a 33-year-old Lambertville resident and Rayshawn Robbins, a 39-year-old Trenton resident after Robbins was seen selling heroin to Decicco., authorities said.
Decicco was charged with heroin possession while Robbins was charged with heroin distribution, authorities said.
